This Privacy Policy describes how BingWa Bit ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our games, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By installing, accessing, or playing any of our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Different games in our catalog may integrate different third-party services depending on their feature set. This document describes all possible categories of data processing across our catalog. Not every game uses every service — check the Google Play "Data Safety" section of each individual game to see what specifically applies to it.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect the minimum information necessary to deliver and improve our Services.

1.1 Information stored locally on your device

• Game progress: level completion, in-game currency, lives, daily rewards, missions and tutorial flags. Stored locally on your device and never leaves it unless you initiate a backup through your operating system's standard backup mechanism (for example, Google Drive backup on Android).
• Device capability data: we read non-identifying device specs (RAM, GPU model, screen size) at runtime to auto-adjust graphics quality. This data is processed locally and is not transmitted to us.

1.2 Information collected via third-party services

Depending on the specific game, one or more of the following services may be integrated:

• Unity Engine: our games are built on Unity. Unity may collect crash diagnostics and basic technical telemetry to help us fix bugs and stabilize our Services. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services: our Android games are distributed through Google Play. Standard Google Play services may collect data subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics: collects anonymous gameplay metrics, session data and event data to help us understand player behavior and improve level design. Firebase Analytics may associate an anonymous device identifier with your session. See Firebase's Privacy Information.
• Google AdMob: serves in-game advertisements (interstitial, banner and/or rewarded video) in games that display ads. AdMob may use your Android Advertising ID to personalize ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization from your device's settings under "Ads". See Google Ads Privacy.
• Local notifications: with your permission, we schedule local notifications on your device (for example, when in-game lives have refilled). These notifications are generated by your device and not transmitted to us.

1.3 Future services

Future versions of our Services may integrate additional third-party services (for example, additional analytics providers, ad networks, or crash reporting SDKs). If we integrate any of these services, we will update this Privacy Policy and the corresponding Data Safety section on Google Play with the specific providers and the categories of data they process, before the release that includes them.

1.4 Information we do NOT collect

• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or postal address.
• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or location.
• We do not require account registration to play our games.
• We do not process payment information ourselves. If a game includes in-app purchases, payments are handled by Google Play; we only receive confirmation of the transaction.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Save your game progress between sessions on your device.
• Auto-adjust graphics quality for your device's performance.
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability of our Services.
• Understand aggregate player behavior to improve level design, difficulty, and content (via analytics where applicable).
• Serve and measure in-game advertisements (via advertising partners where applicable).
• Send you local notifications about in-game events (only if you grant notification permission).

3. Advertising

Some of our games display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and/or other advertising networks. Advertising features may include rewarded video ads (voluntary — you choose whether to watch), interstitial ads (shown between gameplay sessions), and banner ads. Advertising partners may collect your Android Advertising ID and other device information to personalize ads and measure their effectiveness.

You can control ad personalization from your Android device's settings:

• Go to Settings → Google → Ads.
• Tap "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

Other games in our catalog do not display advertisements. Whether a specific game includes ads is disclosed on its Google Play listing.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Limited data may be shared with the service providers listed in Section 1.2 (Unity, Google, Firebase, AdMob) strictly to operate our Services.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Services are suitable for all ages and may appeal to children. They are designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for users under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction):

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• We do not require any account creation or personal identifiers.
• Games targeted at children do not include behavioral advertising or third-party tracking. In games that display ads, ad personalization is disabled for users identified as children.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at the address below so we can delete it.

6. Data Retention

Game progress stored locally on your device remains until you uninstall the game or clear its data from your device's settings. Data processed by third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob) is retained according to those providers' own retention policies. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Unity, Google, Firebase, AdMob) may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on the safeguards provided by each provider to ensure adequate protection.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
